La mwbqROIR o mwbgReach Out International Records è un'mwbwetichetta discografica indipendente con sede a mwcaNew York, fondata nel mwcq1979 da Neil Coopercite-ref-1[1].

L'etichetta fu fondata lo stesso anno del lancio del mwdwwalkman, e inizialmente tutte le produzioni della ROIR furono distribuite in mweaaudiocassetta. In seguito molte di queste pubblicazione furono ristampate ed ora la maggior parte del catalogo è disponibile in mweqCD e mwegLP.

La sua prima pubblicazione, nel mwfa1981 fu mwfqLive in New York dei James Chance and the Contortions, ma successivamente l'etichetta si concentrò sulla nascente scena mwgahardcore punk di New York, pubblicando la compilation mwgqmwggNew York Thrash nel mwgw1982 e il mwhadebutto omonimo dei mwhqBad Brainscite-ref-2[2].

Le prime pubblicazioni del catalogo sono principalmente di mwiwpunk e mwjano wave, con artisti come mwjqSuicide, mwjgGlenn Branca e mwjwLydia Lunch; in seguito l'etichetta si è mossa verso altri stili, pubblicando materiale mwkahardcore punk, mwkqreggae, mwkgska e mwkwdub.

Tra gli artisti pubblicati si distinguono Bad Brains, mwlqBeastie Boys, mwlgEinstürzende Neubauten, mwlwFlipper, mwmaMC5, mwmqNew York Dolls, mwmgTelevision, mwmwLee Perry e mwnaThe Skatalites.
